PAC Law

Peter Crawford is a Vancouver based lawyer, having been called
to the Province of British Columbia Bar, and is a member of the
Law Society of British Columbia.

 

After graduating from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2008, Peter articled and practiced at a national law firm in Toronto, gaining experience in corporate and commercial law and mergers & acquisitions, amongst other areas.

Peter then returned to B.C. in 2011 to join the Vancouver office
of another national firm, where his practice included corporate
and commercial, securities and employment law. He has practiced in-house with private equity firms since 2013, where he has worked on acquisitions, divestitures and general legal and business matters. Peter serves on the boards of private companies and
is the past-Chair of Working Gear Clothing Society, a non-profit
that seeks to alleviate poverty by providing industry appropriate gear at no cost to low-income or unemployed individuals in
search of employment.
