Peter Crawford
Principal Lawyer, PAC Law

Peter Crawford provides responsive, practical legal advisory and transaction support to businesses through PAC Law. He brings 15+ years of experience across leading national law firms and senior in-house and General Counsel roles within private equity.

Peter's practice spans the full corporate lifecycle, from day-to-day commercial contracts, corporate governance, and employment matters to mid-market mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, equity and compensation structuring, and corporate restructurings. He has evaluated and executed acquisitions and divestitures across a range of industries, advised on securities matters for listed issuers, and guided businesses through significant ownership transitions and exits.
