Peter's practice spans the full corporate lifecycle, from day-to-day commercial contracts, corporate governance, and employment matters to mid-market mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, equity and compensation structuring, and corporate restructurings. He has evaluated and executed acquisitions and divestitures across a range of industries, advised on securities matters for listed issuers, and guided businesses through significant ownership transitions and exits.
Peter acts as a trusted advisor to business owners, executive teams, and growing enterprises on commercial contracts, shareholder alignment, corporate governance, and long-term exit readiness.
